We are builders. We listen and understand problems, we put forth solutions, we do the work to implement those solutions, we build relationships, we respect what came before, we engage before we oppose, and we work to make each others ideas better.
We look at the past with clear eyes, the good and the bad. Knowing that we cannot go backwards, but we can learn from that past and use it to build a better future, together.
We live in a moment of grifters, of people selling the idea that a world where only cheaters get ahead is inevitable. This cynical nihilism is necessary to allow them to continue to grift and steal.
But that world is not inevitable, in fact it is only hanging by the thread of false belief. We can build a better world. New technologies (including AI) are not incompatible with a fair, thriving Washington, but we need to make sure the rules are there, and that they are enforced.

IAN MOSHER
Founder
Ian has over 20 years of tech experience, in small, medium, and giant companies, including 14 years at Amazon. He worked as an engineer, a technical program manager, a team manager, and as an organizational leader.
He saw first hand the way companies can go from mission driven to extractive when the right mechanisms are not in place to stop it. Staying on mission was just good intentions.
Ian is now deeply committed to using these lessons to build a more just Washington.
